Process of shipping the items/goods conditions.

• No sizing kit required:
  • Your Ring is processed immediately for shipping.
  • You should receive it within 5 business days of placing your order.
    
    
• Sizing kit required:
  • Once you place your order, a sizing kit is shipped to you first.
  • Wear the sizer to find your most comfortable fit. We recommend wearing it for 24 hours to ensure comfort across all daily activities, including sleep.
  • Confirm your size using the link provided.
  • Your Ring will then be shipped and delivered within 5 business days of confirming your size.

Payment Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully processed, a payment confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS within 24 hours.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the fitze support team at team@fitze.ae.

• UAE Sizing Kit: 2–5 business days
• UAE fitze Ring Delivery: 2–5 business days after size confirmation
