We, Fitonclick FZE, and our affiliate, subsidiary and parent companies (collectively, “fitze”, “us”, “we” or “our”) are excited to provide you with the use of our website, applications, content, and platform (the “Service”). These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and fitze in relation to your use of the Service. By using the Service or by registering an account for the Service, you expressly understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, any additional guidelines provided, and any future amendments of the above-mentioned (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Your Use

The fitze Services are intended for anyone over the age of eighteen (18). Subscription to the Service is not valid in those jurisdictions where the Service is prohibited by law or by our policies. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Services

fitze shall offer the following services through the fitze app, with the objective of facilitating a rewarding and engaging fitness experience:

fitze Points: fitze extends the provision of one fitze Point to users for every 1000 steps completed. These fitze Points are eligible for redemption against rewards, as cataloged on the fitze app’s marketplace.

Rewards: fitze grants its users access to a curated selection of promotional offers and discounts, which are exclusively accessible to fitze users, and which are made available by a limited number of select UAE brands.

Steps Challenges: fitze organizes and conducts steps challenges (or “challenges”, inviting users to partake in these challenges to bolster their motivation. Users are additionally afforded the opportunity to access leaderboards, allowing for friendly competition with fellow participants.

Streaks: fitze offers performance-based programs known as “Streaks,” where users are required to meet predefined step targets over a specified duration. Participation in Streaks requires the use of “Streak Credits,” which may be purchased directly or provided as part of fitze PRO subscriptions or corporate programs.

In-app Social Feed: fitze users are encouraged to actively engage with other users on the app through the social feed, thereby enabling the sharing of personal fitness achievements and participation in discussions relating to fitness and general well-being.

fitze PRO: fitze PRO represents a subscription-based service, wherein users, for a recurring monthly or annual fee, gain access to an array of enhanced features. These features encompass the privilege to earn fitze Points at a higher rate, exclusive rewards, access to multiple simultaneous challenges, and allocation of Streak Credits based on the selected subscription plan.

fitze Ring: fitze may offer wearable devices, including the fitze Ring, which enables users to track fitness and health-related data. The fitze Ring is a consumer wellness device and is not required to access the core Services.

Corporate Module: fitze introduces a dedicated corporate module, thoughtfully designed for businesses to facilitate the organization of fitness challenges and wellness programs for their employees. This feature is tailored to enhance team engagement and promote the overall well-being of employees.

Privacy

The fitze Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) serves as an integral part of this Agreement. Please ensure to carefully review and read the Privacy Policy for details relating to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

Changes to the Terms

We may, at our sole discretion, edit, modify, add, or remove any part of this Agreement at any time without providing prior notice to you. Please ensure to periodically check our website for any changes to the Agreement. Any modifications to the Agreement shall be effective immediately for all new and existing users. By your continued use of the Service, you explicitly agree to any such changes.

Pricing

We endeavor to accurately provide all prices on our Service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel purchases where we provide an incorrect price or provide you with the wrong information. All prices may be changed without providing any prior notice. The prices are per person, unless mentioned otherwise.

Promotional Communications

fitze may communicate with users through the following channels:

In-app notifications & communication channels
Emails;
WhatsApp;
Digital and OOH advertisements;
Social media;
Partner campaigns

Users acknowledge and agree that:

all promotional materials are for illustrative and informational purposes only;
rewards, benefits, and features presented in such materials may vary;
fitze reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

In the event of any conflict between promotional materials and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Payments

General

You agree to pay fitze for all charges at the agreed upon prices for any use of the Service by you or other persons using your account, and you authorize fitze to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method“) for the use of the Service. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in relation to your payment, even if we have received payment. However, if it is a mistake on our side, we endeavor to rectify it as soon as possible.

Certain features of the Service, including participation in Streaks, require the purchase of Streak Credits. Streak Credits may be offered as standalone purchase packages or bundled in subscription plans such as fitze PRO. Streak Credits represent a limited, non-transferable right to participate in Streaks and do not constitute stored value, currency, or any form of financial instrument.

Payment Method

Payment for your use of the Service shall be based on your Payment Method and shall be governed by a separate agreement between you and your choice of Payment Method. In the scenario where we do not receive payment from your chosen Payment Method, you explicitly agree to immediately pay all amounts due to fitze; otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service(s). 

Accuracy of Information

You unequivocally agree to inform us in the scenario where your payment method has been cancelled, or in the scenario where you have become aware of a potential breach of your Payment Method, or of the unauthorized use or disclosure of your access to the Service. 

Recurring Billing

By agreeing to this Agreement, you accept that you may be charged on a recurring basis, and you accept complete responsibility for all charges. We reserve the right to make periodic charges, without further authorization from you, until you provide prior written notice to us that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your Payment Method. Such notice shall only be deemed effective upon our confirmation that your Payment Method has been changed.

This includes subscription-based services such as fitze PRO, which automatically renew until cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.

Reaffirmation of Authorization

By your non-termination or continued use of the Service, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method. We reserve the right to submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive fitze’s right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described on the applicable payment screen.

By purchasing Streak Credits or subscribing to fitze PRO, you expressly authorize fitze to charge your Payment Method without requiring additional approval for each transaction or renewal cycle.

Refunds

fitze does not provide refunds for use of the Service or for subscriptions of our Services. If you terminate your subscription, you may use it until the end of your then-current term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires.

This includes, without limitation:

purchases of Streak Credits or Streak Packages
participation in Streaks
forfeiture of Streak Credits due to non-use or expiration
failure to complete performance-based programs
subscription fees for fitze PRO

Streak Credits are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, after which any unused credits shall expire without refund or compensation.

Refunds may only be issued where required under applicable law or in cases of verified technical failure attributable solely to fitze.

Free Trials and Other Promotions

Any free trial or other promotion must be used within the specified time of the trial. You must choose to terminate your access to the feature or service before the end of the trial period in order to avoid being charged the applicable fee and/or put on a follow up subscription plan as communicated to you during the signup process to the free trial or promo. If you terminate access prior to the end of the trial period and are inadvertently charged a fee, please contact fitze support to have the charges reversed.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password that you use to register for and use the Service. You agree to (a) immediately notify fitze of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. fitze will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. We shall endeavor to keep a high level of security of all our data; however, in the scenario where the data held by fitze is stolen and/or leaked, we shall not be held liable in any way or form. You should use caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information. You may not share your account with any other person.

Usage Data

Users retain rights to their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and fitze’s Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, users grant fitze a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to process, use, and analyze activity and device data for the purposes of:

providing and improving Services
enabling participation in programs
validating activity and rewards
maintaining platform integrity

fitze relies on third-party platforms, device sensors, and integrations for step tracking and activity measurement. Users acknowledge that such data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or duplicated. fitze reserves the right to determine the validity of activity data and to adjust, invalidate, or reject such data at its sole discretion.

All data handling is governed by the fitze Privacy Policy.

Corporate Program Data Usage

Where users participate in corporate or sponsored programs:

employers, sponsors, or program partners may receive aggregated or anonymized program-level data
no personally identifiable health or activity data will be shared without user consent, unless required for program functionality and disclosed in advance

All data sharing is subject to the fitze Privacy Policy.

Service Details

Rewards and fitze Points

fitze Points are promotional, non-cash digital units issued within the app.

Users acknowledge and agree that fitze Points:

do not constitute currency, stored value, or any form of financial instrument;
have no monetary value outside the fitze platform unless explicitly stated;
are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or assigned.

fitze Points may be earned through step activity, where every 1000 steps taken earns the user 1 fitze Point.

fitze reserves the right to:

modify earning rates or structures;
impose limits or caps on accumulation;
adjust, revoke, or expire fitze Points at its sole discretion.

Rewards made available through the Service:

may be provided by third-party partners;
are subject to availability, partner terms, and redemption conditions;
may be modified, substituted, or withdrawn at any time.

fitze does not guarantee:

availability of rewards;
successful redemption;
quality or performance of partner-provided products or services.

Steps Challenges

fitze may organize and conduct promotional engagement campaigns (“Steps Challenges” / “Challenges”) designed to encourage user participation and physical activity.

Participation in Challenges may require users to:

enroll within the specified time period;
meet defined activity or engagement criteria;
comply with all applicable rules communicated within the app or campaign materials.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

completion of a Challenge does not guarantee the receipt of any reward, benefit, or incentive;
eligibility for rewards is determined based on predefined criteria and may involve automated, system-driven processes;
such processes are conducted digitally and without human intervention;
fitze reserves the right to determine eligibility, qualification, and reward allocation at its sole discretion.

fitze reserves the right to:

modify Challenge rules, timelines, or eligibility criteria;
substitute, modify, or withdraw rewards;
cancel or suspend any Challenge at any time

without prior notice or liability.

Challenges are promotional activities and do not constitute gambling, wagering, betting, or any regulated gaming activity.

Streaks

Streaks are performance-based programs where you commit to meeting predefined activity targets over a fixed duration.

They are pre-funded walking challenges hosted by fitze or partner brands, designed to reward consistency.

Participation in Streaks requires the use of Streak Credits.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

Streak Credits are consumed upon joining a Streak and are non-refundable;
failure to meet required activity targets results in automatic elimination;
eliminated users forfeit their Streak Credits and any entitlement to rewards;
Streak Credits expire after one (1) year if unused;
rewards are distributed only to users who successfully complete all requirements;
reward distribution is based on a shared pool split among successful participants.

fitze reserves the right to audit participation and disqualify users in cases of suspected manipulation, fraud, or abuse.

All system decisions relating to activity validation, elimination, and reward eligibility shall be final and binding.

fitze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Streaks, rewards, or program features at any time without prior notice.

Corporate Programs

fitze may provide access to the Service through corporate, employer-sponsored, or partner-led programs (“Corporate Programs”).

Participation in Corporate Programs may:

be limited to eligible users as determined by the sponsoring entity;
be subject to additional rules, policies, or eligibility criteria defined by the sponsor.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

fitze is not responsible for decisions, rewards, or benefits provided by sponsors;
sponsor-funded rewards or incentives may be subject to sponsor approval, availability, and timelines;
fitze does not guarantee the fulfillment of sponsor-provided benefits.

Data visibility, reporting, and participation mechanics may differ in Corporate Programs and are subject to applicable privacy policies and program-specific terms.

fitze PRO

fitze PRO is a subscription-based service that provides users with enhanced features and benefits within the fitze platform.

Nature of Subscription

fitze PRO is offered on a recurring billing basis and remains active until cancelled by the user.

By subscribing to fitze PRO, users gain access to benefits which may include:

allocation of Streak Credits based on the selected subscription plan;
access to multiple simultaneous Challenges;
enhanced fitze Points earning opportunities;
access to exclusive rewards and features.

Subscription Plans

fitze PRO may be offered in multiple plans, including but not limited to:

quarterly plans;
half-yearly plans;
annual plans.

Each plan may include a predefined number of Streak Credits and associated benefits.

fitze reserves the right to:

modify plan structure;
adjust benefits;
change pricing

at its sole discretion.

Billing and Renewal

fitze PRO subscriptions:

are billed in advance;
automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle;
will continue unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Users are solely responsible for managing and cancelling their subscription.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal constitutes authorization for subsequent charges.

No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable.

No refunds shall be provided for:

unused subscription periods;
failure to utilize allocated benefits;
failure to cancel prior to renewal.

Streak Credits within PRO

Streak Credits provided as part of fitze PRO:

are subject to the terms governing Streak Credits;
may expire if unused within the applicable validity period;
are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Users may purchase additional Streak Credits separately, even if subscribed to fitze PRO.

Changes to Benefits

fitze reserves the right to:

modify, replace, or remove PRO features or benefits;
introduce new benefits;

without liability to users.

Service Dependency

Certain PRO features may depend on:

app functionality;
third-party integrations;
regional availability.

fitze does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all PRO features.

fitze Ring

Nature of the Device

The fitze Ring is a consumer wellness device intended for general lifestyle and fitness tracking purposes.

The fitze Ring:

is not a medical device
is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or monitoring of any medical condition
does not provide medical advice of any kind

All data, insights, and outputs generated by the fitze Ring are provided for informational and general wellness purposes only.

Use of the fitze Ring is optional and not required for participation in fitze Services.

The fitze Ring enhances tracking and insights but does not guarantee:

performance improvements
Streak or Challenge completion
rewards or payouts

Data Accuracy and Reliability

The fitze Ring is designed to provide reliable and consistent insights into activity, sleep, and recovery patterns.

However, users acknowledge and agree that:

data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inconsistent
outputs are estimates derived from sensors and algorithms
accuracy may vary based on usage, environment, individual conditions, and device limitations

The fitze Ring is intended to support trend analysis and general awareness and must not be relied upon for medical, health, or safety-critical decisions.

fitze does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data generated by the device.

Activity Tracking and Continuity

fitze relies on device data, sensors, and third-party integrations to track activity.

Users acknowledge that:

continuous or uninterrupted tracking is not guaranteed
gaps, delays, or inconsistencies may occur due to device limitations, syncing issues, connectivity interruptions, user behaviour, or technical factors

fitze shall not be responsible for any discrepancies, interruptions, or missing data, including those affecting:

Challenge or Streak outcomes
reward eligibility
payouts

Data Priority and System Control

Where the fitze Ring is connected and actively used, fitze reserves the right to:

prioritize or override activity data from other devices or third-party sources
determine the source of truth for activity tracking at its sole discretion

All determinations relating to activity data, validation, and outcomes shall be final and binding.

Device Dependency and Connectivity

The fitze Ring depends on compatibility with user devices, software, firmware, and third-party integrations.

fitze does not guarantee uninterrupted functionality and shall not be responsible for performance issues or losses arising from:

device incompatibility
connectivity failures
software limitations
third-party system issues

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

proper use, handling, and maintenance of the fitze Ring
selecting the correct size prior to use
ensuring the device is charged, worn correctly, and regularly synced
selecting activity goals appropriate to their fitness level
participating safely and within their physical limits
considering their personal health conditions before engaging in any activity

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in:

inaccurate or incomplete data
device malfunction
ineligibility for rewards

Users acknowledge that fitze does not provide medical advice and that all participation is undertaken at their own risk.

Safety and Usage Limitations

The fitze Ring is designed for safe everyday use but is subject to limitations, including:

environmental exposure such as water, heat, and physical impact battery and charging constraints
material sensitivities, including potential skin irritation or allergic reactions
battery performance and longevity may naturally vary over time based on usage, charging habits, environmental conditions, and Ring size.
the Ring contains a non-replaceable rechargeable battery.
Users must discontinue use immediately if they experience discomfort or adverse effects.

Physical Use and Liability

fitze shall not be liable for any discomfort, injury, or damage arising from:

improper use or handling
prolonged or continuous wear
misuse or failure to follow usage guidelines

Environmental and Device Care

Exposure to extreme or prolonged environmental conditions, including water, heat, chemicals, or physical stress beyond recommended limits, may affect device performance or cause damage.

fitze shall not be responsible for damage resulting from such exposure.

Charging and Accessories

Users must use only compatible charging equipment provided or recommended by fitze.

fitze shall not be responsible for damage caused by the use of unauthorized or incompatible accessories.

Loss or Damage

fitze is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the fitze Ring after successful delivery.

Delivery and Shipping

fitze will arrange delivery of the fitze Ring through third-party logistics providers.

Users acknowledge that:

delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond fitze’s control
fitze is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances
users are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of order

In the event of failed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the user, fitze shall not be liable for any resulting delays, losses, or additional charges.

Risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to the user upon successful delivery as confirmed by the courier.

Delivery Issues and Claims

Users must inspect the fitze Ring upon delivery.

Any claims relating to:

damaged products
defective units
missing items

must be reported to fitze within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence, including photographs or videos where required.

fitze reserves the right to reject claims submitted after this period or where sufficient proof is not provided.

Returns, Exchanges, Warranty and Campaign Add-ons

The fitze Ring is subject to separate warranty, support, and exchange policies published on fitze’s official website.

returns or replacements are permitted only in cases of manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval
returns based on personal preference, incorrect sizing, or change of mind may not be accepted once the product has been used
users are responsible for selecting the correct ring size at the time of purchase

The fitze Ring is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period.

The warranty does not cover:

misuse
accidents
environmental damage
normal wear and tear
unauthorized modifications

fitze reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any complimentary add-ons, benefits, or inclusions associated with the fitze Ring on a campaign basis at any time, at its sole discretion.

If a sizing kit is provided, it is intended as a guide only. Users are responsible for confirming their final ring size prior to shipment.

The confirmed size shall be treated as final. fitze shall not be liable for incorrect sizing once the user has submitted their selection, and such cases may not qualify for free exchange unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Updates and Modifications

fitze reserves the right to:

update firmware or software
modify functionality
discontinue features
at any time without prior notice or liability.

Payouts and Reward Processing

Monetary rewards from Streaks are funded by fitze or its partners and are distributed through third-party providers, including Careem Pay.

All payouts are subject to:

successful completion of program requirements
system validation
user verification
compliance with applicable policies

Payouts are currently available only to users within supported jurisdictions, including the United Arab Emirates.

fitze reserves the right to delay payouts, withhold payouts, or reverse payouts issued in error.

fitze’s responsibility is limited to initiating payout instructions and does not extend to delays, restrictions, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

all payout-related information provided is accurate and complete;
their payment or wallet accounts are valid and active.

fitze shall not be responsible for:

failed transfers due to incorrect or incomplete user information;
delays or restrictions arising from third-party provider verification processes, including KYC requirements;
inability to process payouts due to user ineligibility under third-party policies.

Unclaimed or unresolved payouts may be subject to forfeiture if not addressed within a reasonable timeframe as determined by fitze.

Users acknowledge that payouts are only available in supported jurisdictions.

Users located outside supported payout regions may be unable to receive monetary payouts, even if they successfully complete a Streak or meet all applicable requirements.

fitze shall not be responsible for any inability to process payouts due to geographic, regulatory, or payment provider limitations.

System Finality

All outcomes across the platform, including but not limited to:

activity validation
challenge or Streak completion status
elimination decisions
reward eligibility
payout calculations and distribution

are determined by fitze’s systems.

Users acknowledge and agree that all such determinations are final, binding, and not subject to dispute or appeal, except in cases where a verified system error is identified at fitze’s sole discretion.

Time-Based Activity Validation

All activity is recorded and validated strictly in accordance with fitze’s system-defined timeframes.

Users acknowledge that:

activity is evaluated based on the official start and end times of each Challenge or Streak
daily activity resets at midnight based on fitze’s system time (UAE time)
activity completed outside the defined timeframe will not be counted toward completion, eligibility, or rewards

fitze’s system records and timestamps shall be the sole source of truth, and all determinations related to timing and activity validation are final and binding.

Fraud, Audit and Enforcement

fitze employs automated systems to detect suspicious activity, including step manipulation and multi-account usage.

fitze may:

audit user accounts and activity
request verification
suspend participation
revoke rewards

All determinations made by fitze in relation to fraud or abuse shall be final and binding.

Customer Support and Dispute Resolution

Users may contact fitze support for issues relating to:

participation in Streaks or Challenges;
step tracking or data discrepancies;
payouts and reward processing;
account access or technical issues.
fitze may require users to provide:
relevant account details;
supporting documentation;
screenshots, device logs, or other evidence

to investigate any claim or dispute.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

all disputes must be raised within a reasonable period from the occurrence of the issue;
failure to report an issue within such period may result in the matter being deemed resolved;
fitze may review disputes on a case-by-case basis but does not guarantee resolution in favor of the user.

All decisions made by fitze in relation to dispute resolution shall be final and binding.

Financial Disclaimer

The Services, including Streaks, fitze Points, and rewards, do not constitute a financial product, investment, or guaranteed income opportunity.

Taxes

Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from rewards, payouts, or benefits received through the Service.

fitze shall not be responsible for withholding, collecting, or remitting any taxes on behalf of users unless required by applicable law.

Proprietary Rights

fitze, and its licensors, own and retain all proprietary rights in the Service. The Service contains content, visual interfaces, interactive features, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, services and other elements of the Service (the “fitze Materials”) that are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given express written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, license, perform, display, or sell any fitze Materials. fitze retains all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement. You shall not acquire any right, title or interest to the Service or fitze Materials, except for the limited license rights set forth in this Agreement. 

User Profile

All information you include in your user profile, including without limitation the information provided in relation to your Payment Method, must be accurate, current and complete. If information provided to fitze, or another User, subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false, you will promptly notify fitze of such change.

Prohibited Activities

fitze reserves the right to investigate and terminate your subscription if you have misused the Service, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate or whose conduct is unlawful or illegal. The following is a partial list of the type of actions that you may not engage in with respect to the Service:

You will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.
You will not impersonate any person or entity.
You will not “stalk” or otherwise harass any fitze employee, member, user, or Specialist.
You will not express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by fitze without our explicit prior written consent.
You will not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine”, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents.
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
You will not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Service.
You will not interfere with or disrupt the Service or the site or the servers or networks connected to the Service or the site.
You will not post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses, or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
You will not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the Service.
You will not “frame” or “mirror” any part of the Service or the Service, without fitze’s prior written authorization. You also shall not use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to fitze or the Service or the site in order to direct any person to any other web site for any purpose.

forfeiture of any associated rewards or payouts

All determinations relating to suspicious activity, validation, disqualification, and reward eligibility shall be made at fitze’s sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

Users acknowledge that failure to meet the required criteria, for any reason, will result in ineligibility for rewards associated with that Streak.
