Every fitze Ring order includes a complimentary sizing kit. Once your sizing kit arrives, wear the sample rings for 24–48 hours to find your best fit, then confirm your final size through the link sent in your order confirmation email.

How long does the battery last?

fitze Ring delivers up to 4-6 days of battery life on a full charge, depending on usage, tracking frequency, and Ring size. Smaller sizes may have slightly lower battery life due to their more compact battery capacity.

Does fitze Ring work without the app?

fitze Ring requires the fitze app for setup, syncing, wellness insights, and access to the fitze ecosystem, including Streaks, Challenges, and Rewards.

The Ring can continue tracking data in the background even when the app is closed. However, without the fitze app, you will not be able to sync, view, or access your insights and activity data.
